Responsibility
CitadelSkateboarding.org sells products to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use CitadelSkateboarding.org only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders at anytime. If we have reason to suspect a risk of fraud associated with your order, we will contact you – please respond promptly – if you don’t, we’ll cancel the order.
Purchase for Personal Use
Only You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Shipping
The shipping rates to the 48 U.S. states is $12 for all other orders in the Continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii is $12-$25, depending on weight. Free shipping to Continental U.S. on orders of $99 or more.
Please allow 7 business days for order processing and verification, and up to an additional 10-14 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the Continental U.S. All products and shipping are subjugated to a sales tax based on the bill-to address and the tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product.
